According to Reese, they are expected to boost job creation and support a robust regional economy.<\/p>\n<p>An agreement with Carnival and cash reserves will fund the project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/cruise-lines\/carnival-cruise-lines\">Carnival<\/a> was the first major cruise company to homeport in Galveston more than 20 years ago.
