He will report to Holland America Line president Gus Antorcha.<\/p>\n<p>Antorcha said that Jeremy&#8217;s expertise in the cruise industry and his extensive financial experience make him an invaluable addition to the company&#8217;s leadership team. &#8220;He&#8217;s a strong tactical thinker and an effective leader, and his expertise will make a significant contribution to the growth of both brands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"articles-video text-center\"><iframe class=\"hide\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ffv0sI-3u7s\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Carnival Cruise Line said Schiller has worked in the finance department for the past 12 years in roles of increasing responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>As vice president of finance and operations, he oversaw several shipboard retail operations along with payroll, compensation, and fleet finance teams.<\/p>\n<p>Schiller was previously employed at Bank Atlantic before joining <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/cruise-lines\/seabourn\">Carnival Cruise Line<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>His undergraduate studies were in finance at the University of Florida, and his graduate work was at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A press release from Holland America Line and Seabourn announced that Jeremy Schiller has been appointed chief financial officer.
