A global operational strategy will be developed and implemented in collaboration with Silversea&#8217;s regional managing directors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"32d7e253-2e21-4d5b-aafc-1ff72f8a223d\">Brancaleoni expressed his delight at the addition of Teresa to the global commercial team. As a call center operations expert, Teresa is the perfect fit to elevate our brand&#8217;s world-class customer service operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"edbdcf46-57c7-4212-9d06-767ca0394812\">With more than 25 years of experience, Ignacio brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. Before moving to the United States, she worked in shipping and telco industries in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"6f00544f-201c-41ed-aba2-089198b41f23\">In his previous role, Ignacio managed the Consumer Managed Services program on behalf of over 100 financial institutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"ec82e36d-5813-4094-8e70-21c864e9f28b\">\u201cBeing a part of the Silversea brand is an honor,\u201d Ignacio said.
