To bring back our employees over time, we went through a thoughtful process. Consequently, as we move into 2023, we will have more expenses, which we have accounted for in the forecast, and we have mitigated some of those expenses. Our Singapore office will provide most of the shared services required for a one-ship operation by 2024,&#8221; said Michael Bayley, president and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/cruise-lines\/royal-caribbean-international\">Royal Caribbean International<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"articles-video text-center\"><iframe class=\"hide\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bZ-jNltRLaw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"90f58831-559e-434c-b89d-da23ec0259a6\">During the company&#8217;s second quarter earnings call, Bayley said, &#8220;We&#8217;re in the early stages, but I see some positive signs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"f5ca811c-a222-41b7-ac49-45aef7cd599c\">Bookings are going well, and we feel good about that.
