New vegan menus will be introduced fleetwide through the end of the year on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-horizon\">Carnival Horizon<\/a> and Carnival Freedom at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/departure-ports\/miami\">Port Miami<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A selection of vegan appetizers, entrees, and desserts will be available in the ships&#8217; dining rooms at each meal. To ensure that every menu item is prepared without using animal products, Carnival chefs created recipes and used meat substitutes for all proteins.<\/p>\n<div class=\"articles-video text-center\"><iframe class=\"hide\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FO1LqrMyQYk\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Plant-based food is becoming a more popular choice on our ships just as it is on land, and that&#8217;s why we&#8217;re introducing new dishes,&#8221; said Richard Morse, Carnival Cruise Line&#8217;s senior vice president of food and beverage. Carnival Magic has already piloted them. The menus will be implemented on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-dream\">Carnival Dream<\/a> by the end of this month, and guests will be able to order from the menus on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-valor\">Carnival Valor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-radiance\">Carnival Radiance<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-miracle\">Carnival Miracle<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-panorama\">Carnival Panorama<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-mardi-gras\">Mardi Gras<\/a> as well by then. By the end of October, the new vegan menus will be available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-celebration\">Carnival Celebration<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-sunrise\">Carnival Sunrise<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-glory\">Carnival Glory<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-conquest\">Carnival Conquest<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-vista\">Carnival Vista<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-breeze\">Carnival Breeze<\/a>, Carnival Sunshine and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-elation\">Carnival Elation<\/a>. The menus for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-paradise\">Carnival Paradise<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-spirit\">Carnival Spirit<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/carnival-legend\">Carnival Legend<\/a>, and Carnival Venezia will be introduced by the end of November, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/jubilee\">Carnival Jubilee<\/a> and Carnival Legend will be introduced shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>The fleetwide dining room menus at Carnival continue to be updated with dozens of new dishes every day. As part of Carnival&#8217;s ongoing efforts to bring more variety to its dining room offerings, the new dishes include dishes curated by Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse and Carnival
