Guests will also enjoy three Vital Choice-inspired dishes while sailing in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/destinations\/caribbean\">Caribbean<\/a> and Alaska, including Wild Alaska Halibut, Wild Pacific King Salmon and Wild Chilean Sea Bass.<\/p>\n<div class=\"articles-video text-center\"><iframe class=\"hide\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AHJ6EdcNym0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>It is an ideal collaboration for Holland America Line and Vital Choice because both companies believe that fish should taste great and be sustainably sourced. Michael Stendebach, Holland America Line&#8217;s vice president for food, beverage and guest services, said. &#8220;Our chefs have developed recipes that perfectly highlight the varieties of fish we will serve in Lido Market and are featured in the Vital Choice catalog, and we look forward to introducing them on board.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A Gold Gala Pan-Seared Sea Bass dish will be available in Lido Market for guests on the cruise line&#8217;s six Caribbean ships starting this month.
