In addition to offering more outdoor space and the highest staffing levels of any new cruise ship, Norwegian Aqua measures 1,056 feet long, 156,300 gross tons, and accommodates 3,571 guests at double occupancy.<\/p>\n<p>As the first ship of our brand in the Prima Plus Class, Norwegian Aqua represents our commitment to fusing together and redefining the future of our brand, and we are committed to delivering guest-centric experiences that will lead to new waves at sea, according to Norwegian Cruise Line&#8217;s president, David J. NCL&#8217;s Norwegian Aqua is named for the ocean&#8217;s beautiful hues and our connection to it, showcasing the line&#8217;s innovative nature and its role in the birth of a new era in cruising.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Allison Hueman, the first major female hull artist for NCL, will create a vibrant and colourful hull art design for Norwegian Aqua. A world-renowned street artist with global brand collaborations, Hueman&#8217;s distinctive art style blends ethereal realism with street art.
