\nThis D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) award salutes maritime industry corporations that significantly champion and implement gender equality and diversity within their frameworks.
\nCosta Cruises particularly stood out for its commendable Transgender in the Workplace policy, which is dedicated to promoting fairness and equality for transgender individuals in the employment sphere.
\nThe accolade was conferred in Brussels by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the North Sea of the Kingdom of Belgium, Paul Van Tigchelt, to Costa Cruises’ Development and D.E.I. Manager, Stephane Codeluppi. He was joined by Bernard Vanheule, the Costa and Carnival Corporation EU Affairs Director.
