\nHe mentioned that the complexity of expedition cruising both for consumers and business partners is a challenge, and this change aims to streamline the sales process.
\nHe also highlighted that market studies revealed concerns among potential clients about unexpected fees associated with expedition cruising. Thus, moving to an all-inclusive format makes the offering clear and allows for better explanation of what the experience entails. As Delamere-White pointed out, “We are the market leader. We want to demystify the world of expedition cruising.\u201d
\nThe company aims to expand its presence in the North American market, aiming to make it their primary customer base. Sales for 2025 have already surpassed those of 2024, as noted by Delamere-White.<\/p>\n
