The Norwegian Jade recently arrived in Boston to begin its fall cruise season in the U.S. Northeast and Canada. The ship will offer roundtrip cruises to various destinations in Canada and New England, such as Corner Brook, Charlottetown, and Portland, until late October.<\/p>\n
After departing from its new homeport in Massachusetts on August 29, the Norwegian Jade is currently sailing on a seven-night cruise in the region. This cruise includes two days at sea and stops in Halifax, Charlottetown, Sydney, and Corner Brook.<\/p>\n
The fall schedule continues until mid-October, after which the Norwegian Jade will move to Miami for a series of short cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas. During the 2024-25 winter cruise season, the ship will offer cruises ranging from three to 14 nights, including trips to the Panama Canal.<\/p>\n
Before moving to Boston, the Norwegian Jade, built in 2006, offered Caribbean cruises departing from Port Canaveral.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, another Norwegian Cruise Line ship, the Norwegian Gem, started its fall cruises in Canada and New England, sailing between Boston and Quebec City until late October. The seven-night cruises include stops at Bar Harbor, Halifax, Sydney, Saguenay, Portland, and Charlottetown.<\/p>\n
A third ship, the Norwegian Breakaway, also recently arrived in the U.S. Northeast for the season. After reaching Manhattan on August 25, the ship, which can hold 4,100 guests, offers week-long cruises to Bermuda, Canada, and New England.<\/p>\n
Two additional ships, the Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Joy, will also be sailing in the region in the coming weeks.
