These have itineraries departing from both the East and West coasts of the United States, including Miami, Port Canaveral, Norfolk, and San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>Fred Stein, vice president of deployment for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/cruise-lines\/carnival-cruise-lines\">Carnival Cruise Line<\/a>, stated, \u201cIn addition to extending our successful deployment schedules in Miami, Port Canaveral and Norfolk, the Carnival Luminosa will bring a new experience to our seasonal homeport of San Francisco for the 2026 Alaska season.\u201d He also mentioned that the new sailings would introduce notable additions to the Carnival Journeys program, including a transatlantic cruise from Barcelona to Miami on Carnival Horizon and Carnival Luminosa\u2019s transpacific voyages from Brisbane to San Francisco. Stops include Fiji, Tahiti, and Hawaii, as well as a cruise from San Francisco to Yokohama (Tokyo) visiting Alaska and Japan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-6 offset-lg-3\">\n<div class=\"articles-video-new\">\n        <iframe allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen class=\"hide\" frameborder=\"0\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zq600fo2LIc?rel=0&#038;controls=1&#038;showinfo=0&#038;modestbranding=1\" title=\"YouTube video player\"><\/iframe>\n      <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Carnival Luminosa will homeport in San Francisco for the first time, starting with a 22-day transpacific voyage from Brisbane, Australia, in April 2026, followed by Alaska cruises through September. The ship will also offer Baja Mexico sailings and an 18-day transpacific journey to Japan in September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>From Miami, the Carnival Horizon will operate six- and eight-day Caribbean cruises beginning in the summer of 2026, along with a 13-day transatlantic voyage from Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>The Carnival Vista will sail from Port Canaveral, offering six- and eight-day Caribbean itineraries that include stops at destinations like Celebration Key and Half Moon Cay.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Carnival Sunshine will provide a variety of four- to nine-day sailings from Norfolk, visiting locations such as Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Canada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carnival Cruise Line announced a series of new sailings for the 2026-27 season.
