It was announced on Monday, March 20, 2023, that Azamara<\/a> had opened its brand new global Contact Center in Wichita, Kansas.<\/p>\n

We have an excellent team on the phones in Wichita dedicated to helping advisors turn clients’ dreams into reality. Carol Cabezas, president of Azamara, says opening a dedicated office here reflects Azamara’s commitment to providing the highest level of service to its guests and advisors. Azamara has made great strides since it returned to service, and this contact center indicates that we will continue to build on that momentum.<\/p>\n

Travel advisors and travelers can expect faster and more responsive service from the new Contact Center. We will also launch an updated website and Azamara Connect trade portal, along with a reservation system, to complement the launch of the Contact Center.<\/p>\n

Versonix Seaware Touch booking platform will also be accessible through the new website and trade portal, improving the customer experience for guests. Azamara Connect and the updated Azamara website are completely integrated with the new reservation system.<\/p>\n

With more than 100 agents in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia<\/a>, and Europe<\/a> and the Middle East<\/a>, the cruise line’s Contact Center staff has more than tripled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
