{"id":5242,"date":"2024-12-03T12:32:52","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T12:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/news\/?p=5242"},"modified":"2024-12-23T09:32:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T09:32:32","slug":"norwegian-dawn-and-star-will-sail-from-tampa-in-2025-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/news\/msc-cruises\/norwegian-dawn-and-star-will-sail-from-tampa-in-2025-26","title":{"rendered":"Norwegian Dawn and Star will sail from Tampa in 2025-26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Norwegian Cruise Line is redeploying the Norwegian Dawn and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/norwegian-star\">Norwegian Star<\/a> to Tampa during the winter season of 2025-26.<\/p>\n<p>The new itineraries, which are already available for booking on the company&#8217;s website, will replace previously canceled seasons in South America and Africa.<\/p>\n<p>After delivering a trans-Atlantic trip from Spain, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/norwegian-dawn\">Norwegian Dawn<\/a> will begin its Tampa homeporting season on November 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The ship will conduct a series of seven-night voyages to the Western Caribbean, including stops in Cozumel, Costa Maya, Harvest Caye, Roat\u00e1n, and Key West.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-6 offset-lg-3\">\n<div class=\"articles-video-new\">\n        <iframe allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen class=\"hide\" frameborder=\"0\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uTzmHLISI-g?rel=0&#038;controls=1&#038;showinfo=0&#038;modestbranding=1\" title=\"YouTube video player\"><\/iframe>\n      <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The deployment will also include ten-night trips to additional Western and Southern Caribbean ports of call, such as Cabo Rojo, George Town, Falmouth, Aruba, and Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n<p>Before departing for a repositioning trip to Europe in early April, the Norwegian Dawn offers four-night Bahamas cruises that include a visit to Norwegian&#8217;s private island destination, Great Stirrup Cay.<\/p>\n<p>The Norwegian Star is scheduled to arrive in Tampa on December 5, 2025, at the end of a trans-Atlantic journey.<\/p>\n<p>The ship&#8217;s recently announced deployment includes four- to 12-night trips to the Eastern, Southern, and Western Caribbean, as well as the Bahamas.<\/p>\n<p>The ship will make stops in St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Cabo Rojo, Falmouth, Key West, Great Stirrup Cay, and other ports.<\/p>\n<p>The Norwegian Star&#8217;s season closes in Tampa with a transatlantic sail to Portugal in mid-April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Dawn and Star, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/cruise-lines\/norwegian-cruise-line\">Norwegian Cruise Line<\/a> has revised the deployment dates of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/norwegian-jewel\">Norwegian Jewel<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruisebooking.com\/ships\/norwegian-jade\">Norwegian Jade<\/a> for 2025-26.<\/p>\n<p>The Jewel will now depart from Miami for cruises to the Bahamas, the Southern Caribbean, and the Panama Canal, having previously sailed out of Tampa.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than operating trans-canal voyages from Miami and Panama City, the Jade will stay on the West Coast for Mexican Riviera trips departing from San Diego.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Norwegian Cruise Line is redeploying the Norwegian Dawn and Norwegian Star to Tampa during the winter season of 2025-26.
