Carnival Cruise Line has cancelled four sailings of the Carnival Conquest that were due to depart from Port Miami<\/a> between February 6 and February 16, 2026. The decision comes after the cruise line once again rescheduled the vessels drydock, moving it from January 2026 to February 2026.<\/p>\n

This is the second time the ship\u2019s maintenance timeline has been changed. Earlier in 2025, Carnival<\/a> already adjusted the drydock to January, forcing the cancellation of several January cruises. The latest rescheduling now affects the mid-February voyages as well.<\/p>\n

Carnival has apologized to affected guests, assuring them that alternative cruise options are available. The company emphasized that those who wish to rebook will be able to do so with protected rates and will also receive a $50* onboard credit per person, up to $100* per cabin.<\/p>\n

For travelers who prefer not to reschedule, Carnival is offering a full refund of all cruise fares and pre-purchased packages. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method after September 1, 2025. Guests with non-refundable airfare or flight change fees will also be reimbursed up to $200* per person once proper documentation is submitted.<\/p>\n

The cancelled sailings were short three- and four-night cruises to the Bahamas, featuring stops at Nassau, Half Moon Cay, Princess Cays, and the upcoming private destination Celebration Key<\/a> in Grand Bahama. These itineraries were designed to give guests a quick Caribbean escape from Miami.<\/p>\n

The Carnival Conquest<\/a>, weighing 110,000 tons, entered service in 2002 and belongs to Carnival\u2019s Conquest class. Its most recent drydock was in September 2022 in Cadiz, Spain, where the ship received updated livery and refurbishments.<\/p>\n

While such cancellations disrupt travel plans, maintenance and drydocks are essential to keep ships modern, safe, and ready for future sailings.
