We are excited that Cunard guests will be able to taste rare and specialist varieties from every continent on earth this September, as honeys are as distinctive as fine wines. That&#8217;s how I approach my masterclasses &#8211; teaching people to appreciate the many flavors beyond the sweetness. This is an exciting opportunity for me to share my skills and my passion for honey in such an iconic setting and I am eager to introduce guests to so many different types of honey.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wyndham Lewis will lead a masterclass on honey tasting during this special voyage. Additionally, she will teach guests some simple combinations of classic honey cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>It will also cover the importance of sustainable beekeeping and what it&#8217;s like to be a beekeeper.
