It starts with a guy named Guy — Fieri — who created two awesome spots on the ship: one's the crowd-pleasing Guy's Burger Joint™, and the other happens to be Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse™, a spot that serves up BBQ classics paired with freshly-brewed-right-on-board beers. If you're looking for great seafood on Carnival Horizon, then Seafood Shack™'s the place to cast your net. Bonsai Teppanyaki™ is an intimate meal and interactive performance, while Fahrenheit 555™ is a dining experience that stands toe-to-toe with some of the best steakhouses on land. Jiji Asian Kitchen® and Cucina del Capitano® each specialise in delighting certain taste buds: the ones craving pan-Asian favourites, and classic Italian dishes served family-style. It is customary for guests to tip crew members for their diligence and good service. Her 100% of the tip goes to the crew she interacts with. For example, flight attendants, restaurant and catering staff, and others who work behind the scenes to improve the overall cruise experience. Collecting this fee automatically streamlines the recognition process and ensures that our crew can participate in your generous contribution.

This daily tip can be paid in two different ways.
Pre-Pay
Tips can be added at the time of booking or at any time up to the departure date. Guests who book directly with Carnival can add a prepaid tip at Carnival.com. Guests who have booked through a travel agency can contact their travel agency to add a prepaid gratuity to their booking. Prepaid gratuities will be reflected in the "Other Charges" field on booking confirmations and guest electronic documents.
Sail & Sign®
If the guest has not prepaid a tip, the recommended amount per person will be transferred to the Sail & Sign account on the penultimate day of the cruise. If a guest is unsatisfied with the service they receive, please contact the Guest Services Desk on board. This allows us to respond to your concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. At the guest's discretion, the tip may be adjusted after being credited to the guest's account on board. Any gratuity posted to a guest's Sail & Sign account will be final upon guest disembarkation and will not be changed after the cruise.
