Valletta is a great place for an MSC cruise. You get warm, golden old buildings, strong fort walls, and bright waters around Malta’s main city. Seeing it does not have to take over your whole trip. If your ship is in early, you can go ashore right away. If you have time before you leave, you can also look around then. The port area is small and easy to move through. That makes it ideal if you want nearby views and local history.
