Onboard our upcoming ship, the Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity Cruises has revealed details about its culinary and beverage offerings.

According to the company, the Celebrity Ascent will offer redesigned restaurants, a new dinner experience, expanded food and cocktail menus, and a whiskey tasting.

As part of Celebrity Ascent, we were striving to make these experiences even more enriching and exciting for our guests by offering them the chance to share food and drink with family and friends,” says Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises.

“Onboard Ascent, guests will find something that delights them, whether they are fine dining connoisseurs with a palate for the world’s best wines, couples looking for a romantic evening out, families looking to bond with their kids through fun, high energy experiences, or wellness-minded travelers who want healthier options.”

On the Celebrity Ascent, Daniel Boulud will introduce his restaurant concept as a Global Culinary Ambassador. In addition to featuring plush banquet seating and gold tones, Le Voyage’s menu will feature dishes from the chef’s travels and favorite destinations, crafted by Boulud.

Guests can enjoy a seven-course plant-based tasting menu at Eden’s Chef’s Table, a private dining room for up to six guests.

In addition, Celebrity Ascents offers four main dining restaurants, each featuring a different style and dishes. The Cosmopolitan restaurant serves New American cuisine; Cyprus serves Mediterranean food; Normandy serves French contemporary food, and Tuscan serves Italian food. In total, 84 different dishes are served at the restaurants.

As part of the renovation, guests can also enjoy elevated menus at specialty restaurants like Le Petit Chef, Fine Cut, and Blu. As part of a new partnership with WhistlePig Whiskey, two barrels made exclusively for Celebrity Cruises will be available at Craft Social on the Ascent.
