Two Lovers Point

Two Lovers Point is the local name of Puntan Dos Amantes. It is a famous seaside cliff overlooking the northern Tumon Bay and the Philippine Sea. The cliff got its name from a local folktale that recounts the death of two forbidden lovers. It is situated at a height of 110m. It offers a perfect viewpoint to witness the magnificent sunset on the island. It is also a popular wedding venue for destination and local weddings. 

UnderWater World

One of the most visited spots in Guam is UnderWater World. It was opened to the public in 1999 and has more than 2k marine animals under its care. The aquarium is also at the heart of marine life conservation efforts on the island, apart from attracting tourists. Some of the notable sights include the 97m tunnel, which is 7 feet tall and 7 feet wide. It allows you to experience the underwater world and various marine animals such as sea turtles, sharks, groupers, rays, and barracudas, to name a few. On the second floor, you will find majestic jellyfish floating within a jelly temple and other exotic species such as pufferfish, sea horses, and Crown of Thorn's sea stars. 

Cocos Island

Cocos Island is a small piece of land located on the southern tip of Guam. It is a lush tropical forest with a daytime resort where visitors can sit and relax and enjoy various café and pool amenities. One can also try different watersports activities such as cycling, kayaking, and parasailing. On the other side of the cliff, there is Merizo Barrier Reef, a protected marine ecosystem site perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. 

Talofofo Falls

Talofofo Falls is a natural waterfall on the Ugum River. It is just an hour's drive away from the main city center of Guam. Both locals and tourists often visit the falls. Apart from taking a bath in the falls, there are several other activities that one can perform within the Talofofo Falls Park. There is a cable car that offers mesmerizing views of the falls. Moreover, visitors can also check out the historical museum, the Love Land Garden, and an observation deck. 

Chamorro Village Market

To experience the culture of Guam, take a visit to Chamorro Village Market. It is an excellent place to experience the ancient traditions of the island’s original inhabitants. The market is open only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm. One can shop handmade things in this market and traditional handicrafts as a souvenir. You can try the authentic cuisine of Chamorro. It is 20 minutes away from Apra Harbor, where the cruise will dock. 

Best Time to Visit in Guam

The ideal time to visit Guam is from January to May during the dry season. The sunniest season is during May and June, with an average temperature is around 32-degree Celsius to 25-degree Celsius at night.
