Disabled Facilities

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the special needs of cruise passengers with disabilities, but cannot be held responsible for denial of service by airlines, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers.Coach is not equipped with a wheelchair ramp and the room door is not wide enough for standard wheelchair access.

Due to space constraints, wheelchairs and walkers cannot be carried on the bus. Wheelchair users should be aware of these restrictions. For safety reasons, passengers in wheelchairs are not allowed to travel on the port ramp where the ship is docked. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individualized assistance to tour members with walking, getting on and off tour buses or other transport vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a qualified travel companion.

Smoking Policy

All ships are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the sundeck. For the safety and comfort of all passengers on board, please help us adhere to our no-smoking policy.

Dietary Requirements

Please advise your Travel Agent or call us directly to advise if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to embarkation. In most cases, we will do our best to accommodate special dietary requests and food allergies, but with one exception: Kosher. This diet has specific rules regarding food and its preparation and the shipboard environment does have limitations that prevent us from being able to adequately cater to this dietary need. Please note, though we can provide options to accommodate food allergies and sensitivities, we cannot guarantee there will not be any cross-contamination.

Dress Code

Generally, smart casual is acceptable on most tours, however some tours may require/recommend per below:
