Disabled Facilities

Passengers must report faults to Avalon prior to making reservations. This allows Avalon to know whether Passengers and/or their suppliers can accommodate Passengers for a particular vacation. Avalon may rely on information provided by the passenger regarding details of the disability in determining the passenger's availability. Avalon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of passengers with disabilities in accordance with applicable law. For safety reasons, passengers cannot be carried on the port ramp when the ship is docked.
