Wi-Fi / Internet Access

• Every fare includes unlimited Wi-Fi.
• High-speed connection is possible due to Explora’s partnership with SES.
• Better connectivity is provided as each suite has its own secure access point.
• Wi-Fi service can handle messaging, streaming, and remote work.

Medical Facilities

• Onboard a medical center that is fully equipped is available.
• Qualified doctors and nurses will be taking care of the patients.
• It is built to deal with regular medical cases and minor emergencies.
• All prescription drugs are to be brought by guests.
• Severe cases may need to be transferred to the ground for further treatment.

Alcohol Policy

• The minimum age to drink is 18 (or 21 on cruises that are leaving from North America).
• Minors are not served any alcohol.
• Guests are advised to use alcohol in moderation.
• Some selected fare packages or promotions may include alcoholic drinks.

Smoking Policy

• Outdoor areas with special signs indicating the smoking of cigarettes and vaping only will be the only places where it is allowed.
• Indoor exception is only to the Whiskey Bar located in the Observation Lounge.
• Smoking in suites, restaurants, lounges, and balconies is not allowed.

Dress Code

• The entire ship has the elegant resort casual dress code.
• Guests in bathing suits or wearing robes cannot get into dining rooms and indoor lounges.
• Wearing shorts, sleeveless shirts, sportswear, and baseball caps is not recommended during the dinner hour.
• There will be no formal nights—both comfort and style will be equally welcomed.

Age Restrictions

• Infants under six months are not allowed on the ship.
• Children under 18 need to be always with their parents or guardians.
• Fitness center and spa access is allowed for those aged 16 and older.
• There are some areas like the Forward Pool which are strictly for adults only.
