Disabled Facilities:

• MSC Cruises offers the best facilities for all guests, including those with reduced mobility or disabilities.
• Most of the excursions are fully wheelchair accessible.
• In-house staff is trained to assist passengers with disabilities.
• The restaurant doors and cabins are easily accessible by a disabled person.

Medical Facilities:

• Though MSC fleets are well-equipped with medical facilities, passengers are requested to bring their medicines and keep them in their hand luggage.
• A medical center is open at the times advertised in the booklet. However, the medical facilities cannot handle childbirth or pregnancy complications.
• For safety reasons, women who have reached or exceeded the 24th week of pregnancy by the end of the cruise cannot be admitted.

Dietary Requirements:

• MSC offers a variety of special dietary options, including gourmet, kosher, gluten-free, and more.
• Vegetarian menus with fresh specialties are also available onboard, along with pre-packed kosher meals.

Dress Code:

• Casual wear is advised for daily activities onboard and for shore excursions.
• For Gala evenings and parties, a slightly more formal dress is recommended. Formal evenings require cocktail dresses for ladies and lightweight suits or dinner jackets for gentlemen.
• Appropriate clothing is required when visiting religious sites. Avoid low-cut tops, and ensure shoulders and knees are covered.

Smoking Policy:

• Designated smoking areas are available on each vessel.
• Smoking or e-cigarettes are not permitted in cabins, balconies, or any area not expressly indicated by signage and ashtrays.
• Repeated violations of the no-smoking policy can result in disembarkation.

• There are three packages available: Standard Internet, Premium Internet, and Chat & Social.
• Each package offers different features to keep you connected with the world while you're at sea.

Onboard Languages:
