• Oceania has committed to environmental safety by evolving and expanding into additional areas of its operations, both onboard and ashore.
• Their main objectives are investing in emerging technologies, reducing CO2 emissions rate, minimizing landfill waste, and increasing their sustainable sourcing.

Smoking Policy

• For cruisers' safety, Oceania has designed smoking areas on the forward starboard corner of the pool deck and in the aft port corner of Horizons.
• The areas are smoke-friendly, comfortably furnished, and conveniently located near food and beverage areas.
• Smoking in a stateroom, suite, or on a veranda represents a severe fire and safety hazard to all guests and staff.
• Even the cruise line has allowed the use of electronic cigarettes within the designated smoking areas only.

Wi-Fi

• This service is available on all six-fleet at a cost.

Medical Facilities

• Each fleet of Oceania is equipped with limited facilities and staffed by international medical personnel.
• Customary Emergency Room charges apply for medical services and are dictated by the services performed by the ship’s medical staff.

Dress Code

• Resort and Country Club casual is the recommended onboard clothing.
• For evening dining, guests can wear elegant, relaxed resorts.
• Baseball caps may be worn in the Terrace Café after 6 pm.
• Oceania requests that casual jeans, shorts, baseball caps, t-shirts, or tennis shoes are not allowed in the restaurant after 6 pm.

Special Dietary Requirements

• Please contact special services at least 90 days before your sailing so that they can provide your preferred selections.
• Special arrangements can be made if required, such as diabetic, lactose-free, kosher, gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian meals.
• If any other diet is there, it must be requested for approval, and in some cases, it may require additional medical documentation.

Age Restrictions

• Although children and teenagers are welcome onboard, there are no specially designed amenities and facilities.
• Families traveling within Oceania should be aware that the onboard experience focuses on providing adults with a relaxing and sophisticated cruise.
• Also, the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are limited to guests aged 21 years or older.
