The Norwegian Cruise Line has announced the 20 winners of its fourth annual Giving Joy contest that celebrates the dedication and hard work of teachers across North America.

20 winners received a free seven-day cruise for two, valid for cruises departing from the U.S. or Canada through 2024. The top three grand prize winners will also be invited to the christening voyage of Norwegian Viva, which will debut in August 2023, for four days.

Luis Fonsi, Norwegian Viva’s Godfather, along with Paulina Rubio, the Queen of Latin Pop, will perform at the christening ceremony in Miami on November 28, 2023.

Herrera. The winners will be coming aboard for a well-deserved cruise vacation soon.

The Guy Harvey Foundation, Norwegian’s beverage partner, will provide complimentary virtual training sessions to all 20 winners and their guests.

Vacaville, California students Ryan Price, Carolyn Reardon, and Angelo Mirante won the grand prizes at Buckingham Collegiate Charter Academy, James Otis Elementary School, and Lakewood High School, Arlington, Washington.

With the support of its brand partners, Norwegian’s Giving Joy contest has awarded over 250 educators a free cruise and donated over $350,000 to local schools and teachers.
