The Discovery Princess and Sapphire Princess will sail in October on cruises themed Pacific Coast Wine and Food Experience.

An announcement stated the Discovery Princess will embark on its six-day voyage on October 1, 2023 and the Sapphire Princess will embark on its seven-day voyage on October 8, 2023.

During these special sailings, you’ll have the opportunity to taste wines from two celebrated family wineries, the Wagner Family of Wine (which includes Caymus Vineyards) and the Jackson Family Wines, which has coastal vineyards in California and Oregon.

In addition to enriching Princess Cruises‘ Pacific Coastal cruises with these two specially themed cruises, Sami Kohen, Princess Cruises’ vice president of food and beverage, said, “While we are visiting these top wine regions, our guests will be able to enjoy an engaging experience.” A collaboration with the Wagner and Jackson families combines their winemaking expertise with our chefs’ passion for food and wine, creating a savorable wine and food pairing experience.

On board, guests can enjoy onboard wine and food experiences, such as winemaker dinners, guided wine tastings, pairings with food and wine, and more, as they explore the Pacific Wine Country.
