Princess Cruises recently unveiled a collaboration with artist Romero Britto for Love by Britto, an art-inspired dining experience centered around the theme of “Love” aboard the Sun Princess.

Set on deck 17, Love by Britto immerses guests in the artist’s vibrant designs within a boutique restaurant. The dining experience features a specially curated menu crafted by Master Chef Rudi Sodamin.

John Padgett, President of Princess Cruises, highlighted, “Love by Britto on the Sun Princess celebrates the universal language of love, expressed through Britto’s vibrant art and design and promises to be uplifting and transformative for our guests.”

Scheduled to debut with the Sun Princess’ arrival in early 2024, this innovative concept offers a seven-course prix fixe menu at $149 per person. The menu, starting with Champagne, includes delicacies like lobster, caviar, truffles, and an array of dessert options.

Guests can expect dishes such as Lobster Thermidor with Clams and Wild Rice, Honey-Basted Wild Salmon, Wagyu Chateaubriand Rossini, Roast Quail Farci with Truffles, and delectable desserts like champagne-flavored sorbet with Rose Petals and Iced Soufflé Tahiti Vanilla.
