Big Fun for Infants & Toddlers

Big Fun for Infants & Toddlers

The early years go by fast, so why not make one of their first big memories a Carnival cruise? Even little ones under two can enjoy their time on board with fun activities made just for them. We call them “Turtles®,” and they get to join in on arts and crafts, dancing, simple games, sensory play, storytime with Dr. Seuss® favorites, Zumbini®, and more. Every activity is led by trained childcare staff who know exactly what’s right for their age. At certain times, they can also join the older kids at Camp Ocean® or enjoy Night Owls™ while you get a little time to yourself, knowing they’re well taken care of.

Build-A-Bear Workshop at Sea

Build-A-Bear Workshop at Sea

There’s nothing like making a new friend, especially one you build yourself! At the Build-A-Bear Workshop At Sea®, kids can create their stuffed animal by picking out their favorite bear (or bunny, shark, dog, sea turtle… you name it), plus outfits and accessories. There’s even a Carnival-exclusive bear and a special St. Jude bear, where proceeds go to help kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. It’s a fun and creative activity that ends with a snuggly souvenir.

Camp Ocean

Camp Ocean

Camp Ocean brings summer camp fun to the sea. Kids are grouped by age, Penguins (2–5 years), Stingrays (6–8), and Sharks (9–11), and each group gets its own space and activities. From games and crafts to dancing and video games, there’s always something going on. When it’s time to eat, they’ll enjoy meals together with familiar kid-friendly options like chicken nuggets and mac & cheese. All the fun happens under the care of trained staff in small groups. And when night falls, Night Owls let them keep the fun going while you enjoy your evening.

Circle C

Circle "C"

Circle “C®” is the go-to place for younger teens, ages 12 to 14. It’s all about meeting new friends, hanging out, and joining fun activities like dance parties, outdoor movies, and games. Some take place in the Circle “C” lounge, while others are around the ship, all supervised by friendly counselors who help make the experience even better.

Club O2

Club O2

Teens aged 15 to 17 have their own space at Club O2®. It’s a cool place to watch movies, play video games, enjoy karaoke, listen to music, or even attend Carnival’s take on prom. It’s all about having freedom to relax and have fun with other teens, no parents are needed.

Night Owls

Night Owls

Remember how exciting it was to stay up late as a kid? With Night Owls™, your kids can enjoy that same feeling. For a small fee, children 11 and under can party, play games, and have fun in a safe, supervised space until as late as 1 a.m. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a night out without worrying.

See the World

See the World

Cruising is a great way for teens to learn about different cultures in a fun way. Our See the World program celebrates global traditions through hands-on activities. Depending on the ship and sailing, they might experience Holi with craft projects and a Bollywood-style dance class, learn about Japanese culture with origami and tea ceremonies, or celebrate the Philippines’ Panagbenga Festival with a flower parade and scavenger hunt. It’s fun with a global twist.

Space Cruisers

Space Cruisers

Camp Ocean now includes a fun new adventure, Space Cruisers™! Made for kids aged 2–11, this program was created with the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to introduce kids to the world of space. Depending on their age and cruise, they might build Mars Rovers, explore bridge design, play space-themed games, and learn how planets orbit. Completing these missions even earns a real mission patch!

Zumbini

Zumbini

Kids have tons of energy, and Zumbini® is a fun way to help them move, play, and bond with you. Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst™, Zumbini brings music, movement, and instruments together for a 30-minute class for ages 2–5. On cruises lasting six days or longer, there’s even a Family Zumbini session so you can join in the fun too.
