Disabled Facilities are available onboard all Holland cruises. Still, guests have to inform in advance and submit necessary documents at the time of booking. Moreover, people who required service animals aboard should define those animals as well-trained to assist. For example, suppose the animal is for the emotional support or therapy/ companion animals. In that case, the cruise line will not allow them onboard, as they don’t meet the definition of service animals.
Special Dietary Requirements are taken seriously, so please contact the ship service department. For guests who have severe allergies or food intolerances that are life-threating should provide in-detailed information before sailing or at the time of booking to the service department. Other dietary requirements are also welcome, such as gourmet, kosha, or any other diet.
Age Restrictions on Holland cruises are a bit strict. Guardian or parents must accompany their kids and teens to different venues such as casino, poolside, bars & lounges, minor going ashore, and more for safety and liability reasons.
Dress Code onboard of all Holland cruises is generally formal and casual during evenings where ladies can wear their evening wear and gents can wear their smart casuals. There are approximately two formal nights per week where ladies need to wear a suit, cocktail dress or gown, or fancy blouse with slacks. Men can wear a tuxedo, jacket, suit, tie, or dark suit.
Drinks Packageis available onboard at an additional cost. A cellar master package includes wine navigator’s choice of 5 bottles, standard wine tasting, premium wine tasting, wine-related gift set, and pinnacle grill dinner along with a special Holland America commemorative bottle of wine.
