From Auckland Airport (14 miles):
- After leaving the airport, take a left at the first traffic lights onto George Bolt Memorial Drive.
- Stay on that road, it turns into Motorway Route 20.
- Take the second off-ramp for the City and Nelson Street.
- Go straight through the lights when you reach Nelson Street and keep following it.
- When you get to the corner of Nelson and Sturdee, turn right but stay in the left lane on Sturdee Street.
- Take the second left onto Lower Hobson Street.
- Stay in the left lane and go straight through the next traffic lights to reach the pier.
