- Start from Congonhas Airport.
- Take Av. dos Bandeirantes toward Rodovia dos Imigrantes (SP-160).
- Continue on SP-160 (Rodovia dos Imigrantes) southbound.
- Follow the signs for Santos.
- Continue through the tunnel until reaching the Port of Santos area.
- Start from Guarulhos International Airport.
- Take the Rodovia Ayrton Senna (SP-070) or Rodovia Presidente Dutra (BR-116) toward São Paulo.
- Connect to Marginal Tietê and then to Rodovia dos Imigrantes (SP-160) southbound.
- Continue on SP-160 following signs for Santos.
- Drive through the tunnel until reaching the Port of Santos cruise terminal.
