Carnival Cruise lines announcing the launch of the Carnival Firenze from May 2024 through April 2025, will offer year-round sailings from Long Beach, California.

Taking its name from Florence, Italy, Carnival Firenze celebrates the city’s beauty. Carnival Cruise Line’s president Christine Duffy said the ship was designed to evoke the charm and beauty found in Florence, but it would also provide plenty of Carnival fun, which will be brought to life by the friendly and dedicated Carnival team members.

In addition to Carnival Panorama and Radiance, this truly stunning vessel will offer long-range sailings from Long Beach to Baja Mexico and the Mexican Riviera.

15 different itineraries are available, ranging from three to seven days. There are a variety of sailings from Long Beach, California, including:

• It will depart on May 2, 2024, visiting Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico during its five-day inaugural cruise on the Mexican Riviera;
• Several departure options for a six-day Mexican Riviera Cruise, including calls in Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas;
• Cruise the Mexican Riviera for seven days via Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

As the second vessel in the Carnival Fun Italian Style series, the Carnival Firenze will launch in May 2023 just after Carnival Venezia.
