Costa Cruises has announced a special Valentine’s Day Sale to mark Valentine’s Day on February 14 and National Take a Cruise Day on February 3. The limited time offer gives travelers a chance to book select cruises with strong savings across multiple popular regions. According to the company, the promotion applies to sailings in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia, making it appealing for couples, families, and groups planning future trips.
The sale is open for bookings made through February 16, 2026, and covers cruises sailing from February 2026 through September 2027. Costa Cruises said this timing allows guests to plan well in advance while locking in added value.
As part of the Valentine’s Day Sale, guests can book a balcony cabin for the price of an ocean view stateroom on select sailings. In addition to this upgrade, the second guest in the same cabin can receive up to 50* percent off the cruise fare. Costa Cruises also confirmed that third and fourth guests can sail free when sharing the same stateroom, making the deal attractive for families and friends traveling together.
The promotion is available across Costa’s seven-ship fleet, including its newer ships, Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda. Most of the cruises included in the sale are seven nights long. Travelers looking for a shorter trip can also choose from a selection of three- to five-night cruises.
Costa Cruises said the featured itineraries include sailings onboard Costa Smeralda departing from Barcelona, Spain, Costa Fascinosa sailing from Piraeus, Greece, and Costa Favolosa departing from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. These cruises cover a wide range of destinations, from classic European ports to warm-weather Caribbean routes.
With departures spread over more than a year, guests can choose sail dates that fit different travel plans, including holidays, anniversaries, and family vacations.
Priscilla Reyes, head of sales for North America at Costa Cruises, said Valentine’s Day and Take a Cruise Day are ideal moments for travelers to begin planning a future cruise. She explained that the offer is designed to help guests create meaningful memories while enjoying added perks.
Costa Cruises also noted that Italian-style romance is part of the onboard experience year-round. The cruise line highlighted intimate options such as private champagne toasts, couple massages, and special dining experiences designed for couples and celebrations.
The Valentine’s Day Cruise Sale is available for a limited time and must be booked by February 16, 2026. With free fares for third and fourth guests, cabin upgrades, and discounted rates for second guests, the promotion stands out for travelers planning cruises in 2026 or 2027.
