Norwegian Cruise Line Introduces Its First Semi-Annual Sale

By CruiseBooking.com Editorial Team

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has unveiled its first-ever Semi-Annual Sale, giving travelers a limited-time opportunity to save on cruises across some of the world’s most popular destinations. The promotion includes 50% off all cruises, along with free prepaid gratuities on select sailings, helping guests reduce the overall cost of their vacation.

According to the cruise line, savings begin at approximately $280* on a qualifying standard seven-night cruise for two. The offer is available to the public from July 10 through July 16, while Latitudes Rewards members receive early access from July 8 through July 9.

Marc Kazlauskas, President of Norwegian Cruise Line, said the new promotion gives travelers an ideal opportunity to plan their next cruise while enjoying the flexibility, onboard experiences, and destination choices that define the NCL vacation experience.

Caribbean Cruises Included in the Promotion

Travelers looking for a tropical getaway have plenty of options through the Semi-Annual Sale. Norwegian Cruise Line continues to offer a wide selection of Caribbean itineraries departing from major U.S. homeports, including Miami, Port Canaveral (Orlando), Galveston, New York City, New Orleans, and Philadelphia.

Beginning in June 2027, the Norwegian Aqua will offer weeklong Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Miami and Port Canaveral. The upcoming Norwegian Luna will also feature seven-night Caribbean sailings from Florida, expanding the cruise line’s newest fleet offerings.

Guests sailing aboard the Norwegian Viva from Galveston can enjoy seven-day Western Caribbean voyages with visits to Cozumel and Costa Maya in Mexico, Roatan in Honduras, and Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Line’s private island destination in Belize.

For travelers seeking shorter vacations, the Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Joy continue to operate four- and five-day Bahamas cruises from Miami with stops in Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay.

Mexican Riviera Cruises from Los Angeles

The Semi-Annual Sale also covers Norwegian Cruise Line’s popular Mexican Riviera itineraries. The Norwegian Encore sails round-trip seven-day cruises from Los Angeles, visiting destinations such as Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta. These itineraries combine relaxing beach destinations with local culture and outdoor activities along Mexico’s Pacific coast.

Alaska Cruises Continue to Be a Popular Choice

Guests interested in Alaska cruises can also take advantage of promotional pricing. Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Encore, and Norwegian Joy offer seven-day round-trip cruises from Seattle, visiting ports including Juneau, Ketchikan, and Skagway.

These voyages also feature scenic glacier viewing opportunities and chances to spot Alaska’s wildlife while exploring one of North America’s most popular cruise destinations.

European Cruises Available Through 2027

Norwegian Cruise Line’s European cruise program also forms part of the Semi-Annual Sale. The company plans to deploy 12 ships across Europe seasonally through 2027, offering itineraries throughout the Mediterranean, Greek Isles, Northern Europe, and the British Isles.

Popular departure ports include Barcelona, Rome (Civitavecchia), Venice (Ravenna), Athens (Piraeus), Lisbon, and Southampton.

The Norwegian Epic will continue operating seven-day Mediterranean cruises between Barcelona and Rome, with port calls across Spain, France, and Italy. Meanwhile, Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Star, and Norwegian Sun will sail a variety of itineraries covering the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and the British Isles.

Limited-Time Opportunity Across Multiple Destinations

Norwegian Cruise Line’s first Semi-Annual Sale gives travelers access to discounted sailings across the Caribbean, Alaska, Europe, and the Mexican Riviera. Combined with free prepaid gratuities on eligible cruises, the promotion offers additional value for guests planning vacations over the coming months and into the 2027 season.
