Due to space constraints, wheelchairs and walkers cannot be carried on the bus. Wheelchair users should be aware of these restrictions. For safety reasons, passengers in wheelchairs are not allowed to travel on the port ramp where the ship is docked. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individualized assistance to tour members with walking, getting on and off tour buses or other transport vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a qualified travel companion.
Smoking is not permitted on the riverboat, including on the balconies of staterooms and suites. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. The same policy applies to e-cigarettes.

The dress code is loose. Light and comfortable clothing is ideal during the day, but smart casual clothing is recommended for the nights on board.You may want to bring something more elegant
There are welcome and farewell dinners and special events, but no black ties or formal evenings.
It is recommended that you bring light to medium weight clothing and rain gear for cool or wet weather. Layers are a great option for covering different temperatures and for changing conditions.
Comfortable shoes are essential as some excursions require stairs or ramps to get on and off.
If your visit includes a church, monastery, synagogue, or mosque, please wear casual clothing that covers your body well (eg, cover your shoulders and wear trousers or knee-length dresses).
Children under the age of 12 are not recommended for tours or cruises. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must share accommodation with an adult.
Europe: There are no medical facilities on board. However, medical services can be easily called from the shore if needed.
Vietnam and Cambodia: There are no doctors or nurses on board. If you need medical assistance, contact the appropriate medical facility. Please note that response times may vary.

All donations made through this website are processed and collected by Project Kids Art, a US 501(c)(3) registry. Donations from U.S. citizens are tax deductible.
