We make every effort to accommodate our guests' dietary requirements whenever possible.
We can accommodate dietary needs such as food allergies, gluten-free, kosher, low-fat and low-salt.
All menus in the main dining room and Windjammer Café offer a variety of vegetarian options daily. No special requests need to be made for these meals.
Lactose-free/soy milk, secure meals, and kosher meals are available at no additional charge. 45 days prior to departure (90 days for Europe/South America itineraries).
Vegan menus are available upon request at the Main Dining Room.
Kosher Passover meal requests must be received at least 90 days in advance. Please contact Trip Advisor or our Special Services team to request that your comments be included in your reservation details. If you have made an online booking at Royalcaribbean.co.uk, you can add an 'Update Personal Information' request. section.
You can also email royalspecialservicesuk@rccl.com. Please include your guest name, booking number, ship name and departure date in your email. Emails will be automatically replied. Customers should not call Royal Caribbean International suppliers with specific questions.
Requests for special meals received within 45 days at sea (90 days for Europe/Asia routes) are subject to ship product availability. We strive to maximize our capabilities.
Please note: baby food is available from the Babies to Go Program Gifts & Gear page. Infant meals are not served on board. Guests are not permitted to bring any food onboard other than baby food and/or dry, non-perishable snack foods (cookies, crackers, chips, energy bars, etc.).

When you’re onboard, the right look will vary by venue. But here are a few types of suggested attire you’ll see, grouped by item.
Formal nights:
Please note that bare feet are not allowed at any time in any venue and tank tops are not permitted in the Main Dining Room or Specialty Dining venues for dinner.
For your comfort and enjoyment, our ships are designated as non-smoking vessels. However, we are aware that some guests smoke. Therefore, in order to create an onboard environment that smokers will be satisfied with, we have designated specific areas on board as smoking areas.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and pipes is permitted in designated outdoor areas. All smoking areas are conspicuously signposted and ashtrays are provided to assist in finding areas where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted in restricted areas, food outlets, children's playgrounds, or outdoor areas near the pool. Oasis Class does not allow smoking in the Central Park or Boardwalk areas.
Casino Royale allows smoking and has designated non-smoking areas. There are visible signs indicating non-smoking areas within the casino. All cruises departing from China and Hong Kong do not have non-smoking areas within the casino. Smoking is not permitted in casinos on ships departing from Australia and the United Kingdom.
All public spaces on board are non-smoking*. All restaurants, theaters, bars, lounges, corridors, elevators and jogging tracks are non-smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin or on the cabin balcony. This applies to all cabin categories on board. If a guest violates this Stateroom Policy, a $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from his SeaPass® account and further action may be taken according to the Consequences section of the Guest Conduct Policy.
Dispose of cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco properly and never overboard. Cigars and pipe tobacco are restricted to designated outdoor areas and cigar bars**. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase, possess or use tobacco on board.
Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.
Royal Caribbean International expects all guests to adhere to a smoke-free policy. It is a request to deliver a comfortable voyage to everyone. Please contact Guest Services for designated smoking areas on board.
Guests who violate this Smoking Policy may be subject to further action in accordance with the Consequences section of this Guest Conduct Policy.
Royal Caribbean updated its smoking policy in September 2013 and the above policy applies to all vessels operating from 1 January 2014 onwards.
Effective immediately on all sailings, the minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on all Royal Caribbean International is as follows.
The Company retains the right, on rare occasions, to raise the minimum age of alcohol consumption on any sailing when local laws require or permit such a modification.
Quench your thirst onboard with a beverage package that gets you the best value on your favourite drinks, from Coca-Cola® to fine wine, premium and frozen cocktails to a full selection of beers, fruit juices to Evian® water. Purchase onboard or pre-reserve before you set sail. The beverage packages are honoured at any of our bars or lounges, Windjammer Café, Main Dining Room, and our private destinations during normal business hours. Room service and minibar are not included. You can visit our Beverage section or if you are booked, visit Cruise Planner for more information and to pre-purchase. The all-inclusive beverage packages are sold onboard all sailings.
Onboard, the all-inclusive packages are available for purchase throughout the voyage with at least 4 days remaining. Must be purchased for the duration of the cruise; prorated price based on date of purchase. Any guest wishing to purchase an alcoholic beverage package must do so for all guests of legal drinking age in the same stateroom, for sailings on or after December 31st, 2017.
All other beverage packages can be purchased by individual guests, however all packages are for single guest use and cannot be shared by multiple people.
The Water Package is an option for guests sailing with Royal Caribbean to order water in various package sizes at a discounted price. The Water Package will be delivered to your stateroom on the date you request. You can choose between 12 or 24 one liter bottled water packages.
The fountain soda package entitles you to unlimited refills at any of our bars or lounges, Windjammer Café, Main Dining room, and our private destinations. A complimentary Coca-Cola® souvenir cup is included as part of every fountain soda package. The cost of a fountain soda package is determined by the length of your stay, with an average daily cost of $8 plus gratuity. If you lose your Coca-Cola® souvenir cup, you'll need to reach out to the bar manager or assistant bar manager and purchase a new souvenir cup for $9.95.
The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines require the Coca-Cola souvenir cup to operate. Souvenir glassware is excluded from the all inclusive beverage packages.

No beer or alcoholic beverages may be brought onboard for consumption or any other purpose.
Alcohol confiscated on the day of boarding will not be returned. Security personnel may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage, etc.) and dispose of containers containing alcohol. Passengers who violate alcohol guidelines (drinking excessively, serving alcohol to those under the legal drinking age, acting irresponsibly, or attempting to hide alcohol at security or baggage inspections) will be asked to disembark or board the ship. may not be allowed. At your own expense, in accordance with your course of action. Alcohol will not be refunded to guests under the legal drinking age. Please note: All guests must follow her TSA guidelines for transporting liquids.
On the day of embarkation, passengers may bring two 750ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per cabin as carry-on baggage. If you bring more than one bottle of wine or champagne on board, including alcoholic beverages purchased at ports of call or onboard shops, they will be stored on board and delivered to your stateroom on the last day of embarkation.
Guests on consecutive cruises may bring two 750ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per stateroom per voyage. Additional bottles will be kept on board and two of her will be delivered to the cabin on the first day of the new voyage. Passengers with more than 2 bottles at the start of their first trip will be required to have all consecutive travel documents to share with security on the day of embarkation.
There are 2 options to stay connected while onboard.
1. VOOM Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi) All you need is a wireless device with Wi-Fi capabilities.
2. Wired (iCafes) internet stations are available on board, but their location varies by ship.
VOOM is available across fleets on board all ships. Internet access fees vary and are subject to change. Log in to the "royal-wifi" network on your device, open your browser and follow the instructions to log in.
