An automatic service gratuity is charged to each guest's SeaPass account daily at $14.50 per person per day for guests in junior suites and below, and $17.50 per day per person for guests in grand suites and above. This gratuity applies to individual passengers of all age groups and cabin categories. Tips are shared among restaurant, bar and culinary service staff, flight attendants and other hotel service teams who work behind the scenes to enhance the cruise experience as a way to reward the crew for their excellent service.

In the unlikely event that an onboard guest who is charged an automatic daily tip does not receive satisfactory service, the guest can access onboard guest services and change the daily amount at their discretion until the morning of departure. Guests who have prepaid a tip will not see the daily rate during the cruise.

Daily automatic tips are based on industry standards. The automatic application of this fee streamlines the certification process for crew members working to improve their cruises. We hope the tips reflect your satisfaction and thank you for your generous gratitude to our staff.

An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, minibar items, and spa and salon purchases.

Guests can pre-pay tips by calling (UK) 0344 493 4005 / (Ireland) 1800 555 604 before departure* or by registering at www.royalcaribbean.co.uk. For guests who book through a travel agent, the travel agent can add a prepaid her tip to the guest's reservation before departure*. If the gratuity is not prepaid prior to departure, the gratuity will be automatically added to the guest on board.
