Medical Facilities: Explora I has a 24-hour medical center equipped with modern facilities, offering professional medical care and emergency services to all passengers on board at any time until the medical treatment on shore is reached the medical team aboard is there to help the passengers at any hour until they can receive treatment onshore. Modern equipment and staff trainers the whole journey medical care very fast and dependable.

Smoking Areas: The smoking policy prohibits the use of tobacco in all suites and on the terraces of the suites. If you are a smoker, you can go to the designated smoking areas outside the ship that are in selected places:

• Deck 5: On the outdoor Crema Café Promenade, starboard side
• Deck 11: Port side, Cigar Lounge (cigars only) forward, 
• Deck 12: Forward, port side Helios Bar, Cigar section
• Deck 14: Aft, starboard side, Sky Bar's designated area

All these locations are labelled clearly, so it will be easy to see them and a pleasant atmosphere will be created for all the guests.

Dress Code: Explora I presents a beautiful modern elegance. No official dress settings are in place, but guests are welcome to wear a polished and relaxing style in the restaurants and lounges and the indoor bars. Resort casual wear-smart separates and dresses or crafted clothing-is recommended for the evening on board.

Age Restrictions: The legal age for alcohol drinking on board differs from one sailing region to another. For trips that are either leaving from or going to North America (that is including the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and Central America), they have set the drinking age at 21 years. For their other regions, the minimum drinking age is set at 18 years.
