Accessibility
- All impaired mobility guests are accepted.

Age Limitations
- Antarctica: the minimum age of participants is 5 years.

- They only permit smoking (including e-smoking devices) within the outside designated smoking areas.
- No smoking allowed when refueling the craft.
Safety Briefing
- A compulsory brief on safety is done before take-off, 10-15 minutes before actual take-off.
