Cruise Embarkation

• Embarkation starts at the designated check-in time stated on your cruise ticket.
• Check-in ends 2 hours before the ship's scheduled departure time at all embarkation ports.
• Verify all personal information on the embarkation form in your e-ticket before reaching the port.
• Ensure the accuracy of all individual details provided on the embarkation form.
• Presentation of the embarkation form is mandatory before boarding the ship.

Hotel Service Charge

• On your cruise, the staff deliver exceptional service throughout the ship.

• Effective April 1, 2021, the Hotel Service Charge, included in the total price, becomes mandatory for all new reservations from Winter 2021-22 departures onward.
