With its newest expedition ship, the Seabourn Pursuit, Seabourn is offering a variety of dining experiences and cuisines.

Chef Anton Egger and Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein led Seabourn’s culinary team in creating each dining option.

Our culinary offerings have been designed specifically to enhance the ultra-luxury expedition experience with Seabourn Pursuit. We offer our guests wonderful meals, a fine glass of wine, or a perfectly crafted cocktail after exploring breathtaking remote destinations.”

Onboard Seabourn Pursuit, you can enjoy the following dining experiences:

• Every week, two new recipes are added to the menu of Seabourn’s Restaurant, which comprises the main dining venue on all Seabourn ships.
• A casual option for breakfast buffets or table service at The Colonnade.
• Serving fresh dishes from around the world, Earth & Ocean is available in the Colonnade on select nights.
• For lunch, dine al fresco on the patio.
• Fresh sushi bites are served in The Club.
• Serving gourmet coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and homemade gelato in Seabourn Square.
• Light fare and refreshments are available from the pantry in the Bow Lounge.
• At the Constellation Lounge, you’ll find pastries and beverages, elegant afternoon teatime and cocktails.
• Dining in your suite or on your private terrace is now available 24-hours a day from the Restaurant menu.

A five-voyage Mediterranean itinerary will be followed by a Caribbean one aboard the Seabourn Pursuit, which will enter service on August 12, 2023.
