Teresa Ignacio has been appointed assistant vice president of global guest services at Silversea Cruises, effective August 1.

Massimo Brancaleoni, Senior Vice President of Global Sales, will supervise Ignacio from Miami. A global operational strategy will be developed and implemented in collaboration with Silversea’s regional managing directors.

Brancaleoni expressed his delight at the addition of Teresa to the global commercial team. As a call center operations expert, Teresa is the perfect fit to elevate our brand’s world-class customer service operations.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ignacio brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. Before moving to the United States, she worked in shipping and telco industries in the Philippines.

In his previous role, Ignacio managed the Consumer Managed Services program on behalf of over 100 financial institutions.
