There are numerous options for health and fitness centers on Adventure of the Seas so that guests remain active while enjoying their cruise. The Vitality Spa & Fitness Center has modern equipment and offers workout classes, including yoga and spinning, as a means for guests to keep fit. If you love outdoor activities, don’t forget to jog along the jogging track or play basketball, volleyball, etc., on one of the outdoor sports courts. Besides, there are whirlpools where they can relax as well as pools to swim in, thus combining relaxation with health throughout the journey.

Get the best feeling and be relaxed at the Vitality℠ Spa. They employ the finest spa products of Elemis®, bliss®, La Thérapie, and Ionithermie, and provide the best treatment on board. They offer massage, wrap, facial, or even acupuncture services to their clients.

There’s also an aerobics room for group classes (yoga, Pilates, spinning, sculpting), separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms, and a central jacuzzi. Health and wellness seminars are held here at no extra cost. The gym generally opens from 6 AM to around 9 or 10 PM, depending on the sailing.

Feeling like a facelift to remove wrinkles or perhaps tighten your skin? One of the medi-spa treatments is recommended. Need a brighter smile? A tooth whitening service is also offered.

Upstairs is the ShipShape Spa, open roughly 8 AM to 10 PM. It includes a beauty salon (hair, manicure/pedicure, tooth whitening, barber services), tranquil treatment rooms for massages, body wraps, facials (including medi-spa options), acupuncture, and couples treatments. You’ll also find relaxation areas with complimentary tea and water, plus steam/sauna suites and a Rasul thermal room for dry- and wet-heat rituals. There’s even a YSpa tailored for teens (ages 13–17) offering age-appropriate treatments.

2. Solarium

It is now time for some self-indulgence, “me time.” The Solarium is an exclusive area for adults only to enjoy their time. It is situated at the forward part of every Royal Caribbean® ship. It has great and beautiful sights to offer, as well as a comfortable ambiance. Some of the facilities you will come across include pools, whirlpools, soft cushioned sitting and lying down areas, and even waterfalls or water cascades on some of the ships. A light-fare café and a 24-hour chilled beverage station (coffee, tea, flavored water) are available to keep you refreshed.

3. Outdoor Sports & Jogging

Sports Court (Deck 13) – For some friendly competition, head to this outdoor court for basketball, volleyball, and other sports.

Jogging Track (Deck 12) – A two-lane track encircling parts of the pool deck. About 5 laps equal one mile, perfect for a morning run.

4. Pools & Whirlpool Areas

Combine fitness with a splash! Adventure of the Seas features multiple pools and whirlpools across its decks. The Solarium has its own, but there are also family and main pools (Deck 11), plus four whirlpools near the main pool deck. There's something for every mood, whether it's laps, lounging, or a leisurely soak.
