Medical Assistance

As an extension of medical emergencies, a fully equipped center at Carnival Firenze holds doctors and nurses around the clock. Should one require treatment or feel ill, he/she must go to the center on Deck A. Prescription medicines and treatments are also given on a pay basis; payment will be charged to your Sail & Sign account. Since neither Canadian nor provincial health plans offer coverage for medical care at sea, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Smoking Sections

The casino and a few outdoor spots are the only designated areas for smoking, only while actively playing. In all public indoor areas, balconies, and cabins, no smoking is permitted by law, including vape or e-cigarettes. Charges for violations of the smoking prohibition might lead to disembarkation and/or a fine that usually amounts to $500 USD.
