Seabourn has recently announced the launch of Solis, a new dining venture on the Seabourn Quest, set to open on Saturday, January 20, 2024, as per a press release.

Solis is a culinary celebration of Mediterranean cuisine, offering a variety of modern, light dishes prepared daily. The restaurant, drawing inspiration from the diverse destinations Seabourn explores, is scheduled to be introduced on other vessels in the fleet, including the Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Encore, and Seabourn Sojourn, by Spring 2024.

Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn, expressed enthusiasm about the new dining experience, stating, “There’s no better way to start a new year than by unveiling a new fine dining experience, and the debut of Solis is a milestone that guests of Seabourn Quest are going to enjoy and remember.” Leahy highlighted that every aspect of Solis, from the dishes and drinks to the design and ambiance, has been meticulously crafted to encapsulate the essence of the Mediterranean, fused with Seabourn’s signature style.

Solis will offer a menu featuring regional specialties, encompassing flavors from the Rivieras to the Eastern Mediterranean’s Greek cuisine. The menu will also cater to vegetarian and vegan preferences.

The concept behind Solis is a collaborative effort between Master Chef and Culinary Partner Anton “Tony” Egger and Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein. Their inspiration stemmed from a recent survey indicating a strong guest preference for Mediterranean cuisine in a new restaurant setting.

Egger commented on the new dining concept, “Over the years, Franck and I have been keen to discover what Seabourn guests enjoy about onboard dining. What we’ve found all comes together at Solis, where we’re telling a story of culinary richness and presenting pure enjoyment on the plate and in the glass.”
