- Our crew members are not permitted to lift guests due to safety reasons.
Priority Processing
- Guests with mobility disabilities are offered expedited processing at the pier.
- If boarding has yet to commence, priority boarding will be provided.
Accessible Transportation
- Accessible transportation between the airport and the pier can be arranged if requested.
- This service is free for guests who have purchased transfers.
- Note that accessible transportation might be limited outside the United States.
Wheelchair and Scooter Usage
- Complimentary wheelchairs are available for embarking and disembarking the ship.
- Guests can bring their wheelchairs or scooters for use during the cruise.
- Alternatively, you can rent one from a cruise-specific rental company.
Assistive Devices
- Guests can bring and use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers, canes, etc.
- Segways® are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Proof of Disability
- Medical certificates or disability placards are not required for booking.
- Guests will be asked to attest to their need for an accessible stateroom during the booking process.
Traveling with Another Person
- Guests with disabilities are not required to travel with a companion.
- Ship personnel do not perform personal tasks like eating, dressing, toileting, and lifting.
- Guests needing assistance with these functions should consider this when booking.
- Questions about fitness to travel without personal service should be discussed with the Access Department.
Service Dogs
- Service dogs, defined as dogs trained to assist a person with a disability, are accepted.
- Service dogs are not considered pets and are permitted on board.

Minimum Drinking Age

Age Verification and Modification
- The guest's age for alcohol compliance is determined at the cruise start.
- Records can be modified if a guest turns to the legal drinking age during the cruise.
- Verification of age is required with a valid government ID.
Alcohol Possession
- No alcohol allowed except on embarkation day.
- Legal drinking age guests can bring up to two 750 ml (about 25.36 oz) wine bottles (corkage fee may apply).
- There is no corkage fee for Classic/Premium Beverage Package holders.
- Security can inspect containers anytime and confiscate concealed alcohol.
- Purchased alcohol onboard or in ports will be secured by the ship's personnel.
- Secured alcohol returned before the cruise ends; not for underage guests.

- Violations result in cleaning fees being added to the guest's onboard account.
