The luxury cruise line will launch direct private charter flights for Arctic and Greenland sailings in 2023 and 2024, according to a press release.
From London, New York, Montreal, and Oslo, guests will have the opportunity to travel to destinations such as Longyearbyen, Kangerlussuaq, Pond Inlet, and more aboard Silver Endeavour, Silver Wind, and Silver Cloud.
Adding new private charter flights to the Arctic and Greenland will enhance the seamlessness of Silversea Cruises guests’ journeys as part of our all-inclusive expedition offering—the most comprehensive in the industry.” Massimo Brancaleoni, senior vice president of global sales, said.
As a company that is committed to innovating, Silversea is always seeking ways to better serve our guests, including during pre- and post-cruise phases. Besides securing the Arctic’s most remote regions with the best destination expertise and luxury ships available, we do so with unparalleled levels of comfort and convenience. Our new private charter flight offering adds to our private executive transfers from home to the airport, allowing guests to concentrate on enjoying their Arctic adventure from the beginning.”
The private charter flights will also offer enhanced service, including gourmet offerings, premium beverages, and in-flight entertainment. Additionally, overnight accommodations are available when necessary.
