Smoking Policy

  • Celebrity ships are non-smoking for guest comfort and enjoyment. 
  • Prohibition of hookahs and water pipes under the non-smoking policy. 
  • No smoking is allowed in staterooms, stateroom balconies, dining venues, theatres, bars, lounges, hallways, elevators, jogging tracks, and most indoor areas.
  • Smoking is prohibited in specific outdoor spaces like restricted areas, food venues, kids' play areas, and pools. 
  • Violating the "No Smoking" policy results in a cleaning fee on the guest's onboard account. 
  • Designated smoking areas are available on the ship, identified by signage, and equipped with ashtrays. 
  • Inquiries about smoking areas can be made to the Guest Relations Desk. 
  • Casinos with smoking allowance have marked areas for smoking and non-smoking guests. 
  • Cigar and pipe tobacco are limited to designated outdoor areas and potential cigar bars.

  • Giving alcohol to minors is prohibited. 
  • Drinking games is not permitted. 

Minimum Drinking Ages

  • North America & UAE sailings: Minimum drinking age is 21. 
  • Private destinations: The minimum drinking age is 21. 
  • Asia, South America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand sailings: Minimum drinking age is 18. 
  • Home port determines the drinking age in other cases. 

Age Verification

  • Guest age established at cruise start. 
  • If a guest becomes of legal age during the cruise, ID can be shown for alcohol consumption. 

Alcohol Onboard

  • Guests can only bring alcohol on embarkation day. 
  • Embarkation: Up to two 750 ml (about 25.36 oz) wine bottles (corkage fee applies). 
  • There is no corkage fee with Classic/Premium Beverage Packages. 
  • Security can inspect containers anytime. 
  • Concealed alcohol will be confiscated. 
  • Purchased alcohol stored by ship, returned at cruise end. 
  • Minors won't have alcohol replaced. 

Offshore Alcohol Consumption
