Kids and Teens Activities on Carnival Venezia Cruise Ship

Kids love spending time being creative, and arts and crafts are a perfect way to keep them entertained. At Camp Ocean, children have plenty of opportunities to explore their artistic side. They can paint, make jewelry, and create other fun projects that are sure to become treasured keepsakes back home.

Even the littlest ones can have a great time on a Carnival cruise! Our special program for children under two, known as "Turtles," is designed with age-appropriate activities that keep them engaged and happy. They can enjoy arts and crafts, dancing, and sensory play, as well as storytime with beloved Dr. Seuss books. These sessions are all supervised by our trained childcare experts so parents can relax, knowing their babies are in safe and caring hands. Plus, infants and toddlers can join in activities at Camp Ocean or attend Night Owls for evening fun.

What could be more fun than creating a new friend? At the Build-A-Bear Workshop at Sea, kids can choose their favorite stuffed animal, pick out clothes and accessories, and bring their furry friend to life. There are bears, dogs, bunnies, and even sea-themed animals like sharks and turtles. Kids can even choose a special bear with a Carnival design or opt for the St. Jude bear, where part of the proceeds go to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Camp Ocean brings the excitement of a summer camp to life year-round on a Carnival cruise. Kids are divided into groups by age—Penguins (2-5 years), Stingrays (6-8 years), and Sharks (9-11 years)—and can enjoy different fun activities like crafts, games, dancing, and more. With experienced counselors leading the way, children can explore new interests and make friends. They'll even have their special menus at mealtimes, featuring favorites like mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. In the evening, the fun continues at Night Owls, where kids can stay up late enjoying parties and activities.

Circle "C" is the place where young teens aged 12 to 14 can go to hang out and have a great time. With activities like dance parties, games, and outdoor movies, this is where they can meet new friends and relax in their own space. Our friendly staff makes sure the environment is fun and safe so teens have a memorable time onboard.

High schoolers aged 15 to 17 have their hangout spot at Club O2. Here, they can watch movies, hear music, play sports and video games, and even participate in events like karaoke or prom night. It's a place where teens can be themselves, connect with others, and make lifelong memories.

Imagine a library designed by Dr. Seuss! That's exactly what Dr. Seuss Bookville is all about. This colorful and playful space is filled with bright furniture, whimsical decorations, and, of course, lots of Dr. Seuss books. Kids can dive into their favorite stories and participate in special reading events and interactive sessions with beloved Dr. Seuss characters.

Night Owls is perfect for kids who want to stay up late and have extra fun! For a small fee, children 11 and under can enjoy supervised parties, music, games, and other activities until as late as 1 a.m. It's a win-win situation—kids get more playtime, and parents can enjoy a peaceful evening, knowing their children are having a blast.

"See the World" is a unique program designed for teens to learn about global cultures and traditions. Through activities like crafting, dancing, and food tastings, teens are introduced to celebrations such as India's Holi Festival, Japan's Cherry Blossom Festival, and the Philippines' Panagbenga Flower Festival. It's a fun and educational way for teens to experience new cultures while on vacation.

The magical world of Dr. Seuss comes to life with Seuss at Sea! Kids and their families can enjoy special activities like character parades, interactive storytime, arts and crafts, and a character breakfast with some of their favorite Dr. Seuss friends. It's a wonderful way for families to create unforgettable memories together.

Space Cruisers is an exciting new program for kids aged 2-11, created in partnership with the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. It introduces young cruisers to the wonders of space exploration with fun activities like building and racing Mars Rovers, learning about gravity, and even earning their mission patch. It's a great way for kids to explore the universe from the comfort of a Carnival cruise.

Zumbini brings the high-energy fun of Zumba to kids aged 2-5. This program combines music, movement, and play in a lively 30-minute class designed to keep little ones active and engaged. On longer cruises, there's even a Family Zumbini class, where parents can join in on the fun and bond with their children through shared activities and songs.
